Mimzy is beginning to look tennis ball tummied again. That brazen hussy - she's be sneaking out of the cage; she fits through the FN bars. She won't be hanging with the big girls any more!!! Got to put a stop to her wanton ways; I've still got the 8 babies from the last litter she had!

Why don't you get her a new cage she can't get out of?

actually, after this litter is weaned she will be housed in a smaller spaced bar cage. She burst this morning - got a quick glimpse of 11 babies. The good news is that the last of her previous litter ought to be gone tonight.

i'm finding my colony is geeting a bit to large for comfort. trying to breed more than one line really can be hard as many of the kittens are not viable for the betterment of the lines. find good homes for the culls can be hard.
