Yesterday was a hot 36 degrees in Melbourne, and all my rats where flaked out, legs all hanging through the second level of their cage which is amusing as ever. Anyway I thought that they might like a cool bath, so I put an inch of water in the bath and added our 6 Rat Bathrats. Most of them freaked out with one especially trying to jump out, but she just keep sliding down the side each time she tried, I had to laugh a little because it was funny as hell. One of rats named Sandy just loved it, it really surprised me how each one reacted and just how much they poohed in the water.After they returned to their cage they groomed themselves for about 20 minutes, which was very cute.Rat Bath 2Rat Bath 3Rat Bath 4Rat Bath 5
