This guide is free on the web and though there might be a few out there who disagree with some information in it (it's about 95% factual so that is hard to argue with) I don't honestly think this guide can be improved on very much. Could we possibly just contact the owner/creator of this site and get permission to integrate it, then have a place for folks to add their own comments?

Are you talking about this sites health content or another? If your talking about this sites content your on the money about editing it. I'll move it over and let folks edit it in this thread by posting comments then they can be integrated. The health sections need to be broken down more and hopefully in the next couple days I'll have more time to work on it.
