Hello
Hello, we breed a mixture of rats all pet quality we socialize our babies so they can go to good pet homes and if we can't place them in a pet home then they live with us. scalhoun71@yahoo.com I am located in oklahoma.
Maine Breeder
I am currently breeding pet quality Berkshires, Hooded and Himilayan rats in Central Maine in an effort to attract people to the idea of keeping rats as pets in my area. All rats I breed are highly documented and are kept for as long as it takes to find them homes. They are handled and involved in everyday household activities constantly to keep them sociable and fun so when they find a future home the new owner can see instantly why rats are so very well loved by the people who keep them. My breeding plan includes 3 times yearly breedings for color with only the most healthy and sociable rats being allowed to breed. There are always rats available and the older they are the more friendly and fun they are!
